No, I think that's when they meet Shanks' crew.
Luffy proves himself to Shanks and receives the last poneglyph and the others chat for a while. Maybe we see a demonstration of Usopp and Yasopp's abilities and Zoro even talks to Shanks about Mihawk.
But after Elbaf they head to Laugh Tale and battle Teach.

I think it’s more of when they hear that Shanks’ crew lost and was possibly killed by the BB Pirates.
Many state it will be an Usopp arc, and the arc where he becomes a brave warrior of the sea and I think this is the best way to do it. Usopp currently has no real reason of growing stronger, however, if someone defeated and possibly killed his dad who hes looked up to his whole life that would do it.

Davy Back Fight against RHP (while Zoro duel with Mihawk):
-Luffy vs Shanks
-Zoro vs Mihawk
-Sanji, Jinbei and Ussop vs Beckman, Roo and Yassop
-Other SH dont fight, just have some competitions
Against BBP for Laftel:
-Luffy vs Teach
-Zoro vs Shiryu
-Ussop vs Van Augur
-all the SH get a 1v1, but dont think any other fight is set like the three above.

-Zoro vs Gandhi Gorosei
-Sanji vs Blonde Gorosei
