It literally says Tsunami advisary on multiple sites.

The advisory on your earthquake stated , one source and even if they are saying not necessary.

And, before you quote me again - it's because of the faulting activity which occurred because of the EQ.

It's issued for the first time for a reason.

And, of course they can't be sure of. No one can exactly predict EQ but I guess you skipped geography classes lol
