The tides turning in favour of Big Mom and Kaido isn't that surprising but I don't imagine the entire raid failing.
Nami and Usopp already lost the first time to their opponents so I imagine that this time they'll succeed. Franky, Jimbei, Brook and Robin will probably beat their opponents as well considering how well they're doing. Under the roof, the appearance of the other Big Mom Pirates could turn the tides, for sure, but if that doesn't happen then the alliance will start putting down executives.
Above the roof, the Supernova struggling against the Yonko is expected. Perhaps someone will get a significant injury but I don't see all of the Supernova flat-out losing. Luffy will make his comeback (not that he ever really lost, just ran out of steam) after he re-energizes.

Every Supernovas losing, Onigashima reaching Wano, a lot of citizens will die, sorrow and despair, and then a new shining hope will appear. He will be the one that saves Wano from two tyrants (Kaido and Big Mom), he will become the Hero of Wano, his name is Soba Mask.
