▪ I watched a Video of Odacchi a youtuber who is a fan of OP and always gives his theories about the cover pages but this time he saw through somethings i find them hard to be a coincidence i will explain :

▪ he did an analyse about the cover page of chapter 981 :

▪ you can see those albums which Luffy is catching if you compte them you will find 5 albums and their meaning here is the remaining journey of luffy in OP world .

▪ I will talk briefly about his theory if you see the cover page you will notice some animals there which are : [Cat / Donkey / Rooster / Dog] the same animals appeared in chapter 31's Cover page

▪ just to conclude what he said those 4 animals are refering to the 4 emperors because each animal in that story was described with something which related to each one of them like :
▪ rooster was described to have a red hair and he is the judge in that story hmmm shanks has a red hair and he is the one responsible for the balance of power in the world like a judge .
▪ Cat was described to be an horrible witch which refers to Big mom .
Etc ....
▪ Now let's see those 5 albums if you noticed the first one you will see a cat :

▪as explained above the cat is refering to big mom and if you see that cat with hat it's like he is doing some magic and the words written there 《every life has》doesn't big mom have the ability to control soul and give life / soul to revive some objects ?? Yes and that will make us understand that album or that Arc is refering to WCI arc or the first arc of Yonko Saga .
▪ The second album is hidden but it has to be Wano Kuni Arc .

Not sure why people discount a Bonney/Kuma/Vegapunk centric plotline. It's very clear that this wasn't set up for the final war. It's a side plot a most and I feel like people miss this as a potential arc nearly every time someone does a "what's left?" type thread

So basically:

• Whole Cake Island (78 Chapters)
• Wano Country (Currently 98 Chapters In)...
• Elbaf? ~ Red-Haired Pirates Arc
• Laugh Tale (Maybe Blackbeard Fight for PK)
• Final War (Marine & WG Fight)

I'm so glad, no extra bs arcs like moon, Laugh Tale, Fishman island Part 2.
Although they can be dispersed throughout these mega arcs as mini arcs.

Honestly if it wasnt for the fact that Elbaf is hyped since the beginning (but has Oda ever talked about a 'Elbaf arc' like he did about the Wano arc?) i would think that after Wano,the final phase would immediately begin,colliding with the events of the Reverie,giving the start to the final battle and to the arrive to Laugh Tale.

I think it needs buildup just like we got with Wano the last ~300 chapters. At this point we dont really have much that escalates into the grand scale war we are expecting outside of some key plot points at the reverie. Tbh I think we have 2-3 more important arcs before the true conclusion begins.

I really don't think Oda will shortchange the journey. He will keep going until we hit the end of GL and get the 4th Road Poneglyph. If we are im fact getting 2 more crew members this arc (Jinbe/Yamato), you need breathing room to make the feel like true crew members.

Oda's "5 years left" always came down to some unrealistic expectation that he knew exactly how many chapters he would be drawing after he made the comment. This is the same guy that promised Sabo/Vivi/Hancock updates last year and we got none of it. I would not be surprised if his Shanks comments didn't happen this year either, but hopefully Act 3 ends soon. Funny enough, he's claimed "5 years left" 2 years in a row now so clearly its an inaccurate statement already.

Whether or not it's just Elbaf after this, or whether the plot is signficantly bigger by tying in a Vegapunk arc or Lodestar or any other number of islands he feels is important, I think we still have a ways to go in terms of buildup for those final storylines. They are by far the most important and characters like Blackbeard and Shanks have had far less screentime than Kaido or Big Mom

Even at this point, im starting to think Vegapunk and Elbaf are combined plotlines. It almost makes sense when you realize that Vegapunk has ties to Giantification, and essentially every arc since Punk Hazard has has some Vegapunk associate. Then you can start potentially see why this could be the case:

- Bonney and Urogue are the last 2 WG pirates that have no central arc about them, one being tied to Vegapunk and the other potentially being tied to Elbaf as a whole if the theories about its tree reaching other Sky islands or related to Uranus are true. Funny enough Urogue's name starts peculiarly similar, but that's probably a stretch.

- Smoker and Tashigi are MIA still and were taking the kids to Vegapunk to have them reverse their giantification. Oda probably wants them involved with the Strawhats one more time before the end, I just have a feeling. Again though, the whole Giant/Giantification connection is right there.

- You have characters like Judge and Caesar that probably will return for further exposition of Vegapunk, plus the fact that Kuma is tied to Vegapunk and the SSG as a whole.

- Last you just have a ton of things that seemingly need addressing before we even move into the final story arcs. The Revolutionaries and Kuma, Mystery of Devil Fruits, The 4th Road Poneglyph, The End of Big Moms storyline (if it doesn't end in Wano). A lot of these are entirely unrelated to Laugh Tale (the 4th RP is used to find it, thus must be found before we go there).

I think it actually makes sense if both arcs are combined to effectively a much bigger arc. You can essentially tie the last 2 WG captain plotlines, Usopps relevance with the island, not to mention Robin and Frankys ties to Vegapunk/Revolutionaries, and so much more in a larger arc that accomplishes more than separating these arcs altogether, of the author is pressed for time. Regardless, we at least have Elbaf, that is certain. Funny thing is we don't even truly know its next.

Damn I've always associated Bonney to Vegapunk/Revolutionary Army and Urouge to Elbaf, but I never considered the possibility of them being in the same arc

When we talk about "Vegapunk arc" I assume this from the start

Pretty sure that Vegapunk will connect with the Revolutionaries (as I said before about Bonney)

A Final War Oda style needs a lot of build up and in the meantime there will be still Shanks/Blackbeard who deserve their Saga (don't know if Big Mom will fall here) and when you make a list you realize that we've still a long way to go

I can fundamentally see it being one giant arc. Essentially the last huge adventure/exposition arc the manga does before the end. You can Loki, some of the Elbaf giants we've seen in previous arcs, and potentially ties to 1 or 2 Yonko. If Big Moms story doesn't end in Wano, it's definitely ending in Elbaf. And i guess there is potentially for Shanks/Blackbeard to be involved.

I just think separating Vegapunk/Elbaf at this point would take Oda years worth of buildup, plot, and resolution/climax because he'd have to do it more than once. I'd prefer them be separate but if he can make a convincing plotline that combines all these aspects and splits the strawhat crew throughout the island, like for example:

- an Elbaf/Urogue/Uranus/4th RP/Loki/Giant/Tree centric team (Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Jinbe and Yamato)

- a Vegapunk/Bonney/Kuma/Revolutionaries centric team (Sanji, Franky, Robin, Brook, Nami and Chopper)

That way you can have two big plotlines running in the same arc. We sort of got this with Dressrosa/WCI as a whole but Luffy was involved in both directly. Essentially the crew wouldn't be split but there would be 2 teams tied to the two biggest plotpoints left in the series before the final islands.

Just a stupid guess, but its where I'm at right now post-Wano. Next arc might not even be this directly though. There are still some potential Underworld or Rocks stuff that needs some tidying up or setup too, and who knows what eventually becomes of the Level 6 escapees that have been teased since pre-timeskip and at Dressrosa.

Lol I agree. Wano's got at least another 40-50 chapters left in it which is already is causing me to believe it's impossible the series ends before 1250 , and thats if Oda rushed.

Might honestly all be tied to Elbaf (at least more sky islands). Who knows though, maybe all of this has some weird ties to Enel and the Moon too.
