Next phase of the arc should be
-Drake beats Apoo
-Killer finds a way to beat Hawkins without killing Kid (or he just trusts Kid to fight on through the pain)
-Neko beats Perospero, Carrot should be involved
-Inu beats Jack
-Sanji beats Queen
-Zoro beats King
-Momonosuke gets turned big, takes Luffy to the roof, Momotaro of Momo/Luffy/Yamato/Marco. Momo stops Onigashima from falling
Final phase will be
-Kid and Law vs Big Mom, they might beat her but not in a fight. If not, she‘ll betray Kaido and go hunting for his Road Poneglyph when it seems he’s going to lose
-Kaido takes out Yamato and Marco and goes one vs one with Luffy
-Momo takes out Orochi, who’s maybe trying to kill Hiyori
-CP-0 provide something for the other characters to do while Luffy fights Kaido. Them or Big Mom.
-Luffy beats Kaido
-Kaido gets up awakened and ZKK
General stuff
-Kaido’s flashback will be shared with Yamato’s, will show him recruiting his crew (mostly King and Queen), Rocks will only be teased in it
-Zoro will go to Ryuma‘s grave and we’ll get a small flashback of his past where we find out how he’s related to Wano
-At least one massive lore drop from Oden’s journal and/or Kaido’s Road Poneglyph
-The Big Mom Pirates will not play an important role at all, they’re just there to give Big Mom a way off the island. Whether Big Mom is defeated by Kid and Law or not, she won’t be a threat after this arc.
-Act Three might end after Kaido is defeated, but it’s entirely possible that it is the sole remaining act and Oda doesn’t want to reveal what has happened in the rest of the world until after the arc.

Some of the biggest predictions in no specific order
I don't think luffy beats kaido because I predict yamato will interfere. They will fight kaido together but kaido'll not lose the fight. Yamato will heavily injured and kaido stop his fight with luffy. Yamato realizes that she is not oden and accept that she's kaido's daughter. After that kaido won't understimate luffy anymore but still hate him, he acknowledge luffy's strength and admit luffy as one of the ruler of the sea.
Big mom's fight with kid and law also stopped, the result is big mom will really angry at kaido.
CP-0 or world goverment will withdraw.

- Brook - lifts Linlin’s skirt to see her panties, immediately declares he’s now gay and has a boner…BUT HE DOESN’T HAVE ANY BLOOD
- Jinbe - just generally acts like a gangster, effortlessly cool and badass
- Yamato - drops the Oden shtick, takes a huge dump on her father’s bashed-in skull, leaves with the SHP
- Momo - acts like a child even though he’s now old enough to rent a car, probably forgives Kaido before assuming his father’s position or some other dumb shit
- Scabbards - all survive, all pledge fealty to Momo, all commit seppuku in front of him for their failures, traumatizing him anew
- Marco - also asks to join Luffy’s crew, is turned down in a very harsh manner, shuffles around Onigashima with his hands in his pockets while everyone else parties
- King/Queen/Jack - get into a big argument about which one gets to be the card in the pack that has all the rules and explains how to play poker
- Hiyori - gets impregnated by Zoro (back door pilot for Two Piece), has complicated feelings about her brother aging two decades in a matter of moments and looking like their dead dad but doesn’t say anything about it
- Flying Six minus Drake - become CP-0 members and switch costumes with the guys already on Wano
- Drake - stares intensely at Luffy and thinks about when Koby talked about his huge dong
- Apoo - chokes to death on his own blood
- Minks - revert to their feral, animal forms and start attacking everybody, get defeated effortlessly
