You guys don't watch animes or what? Most anime women act like tsunderes with the guy they like when he's being perv, especially if they are from Oda's era of mangakas.
So if the guy they likes pervs on them they get especially mad and hit them

What kind of argument is that? Why would you use a lack of moments of intimacy from a mangaka like Oda who doesn't like showing characters being intimate in the manga as a counter argument?

Who has gotten a romantic kiss in this manga? The only thing I can remember is Pudding and Sanji and even that was offscreen.
Reiju/Luffy and Franky/that fat bitch from Dressrosa were shown kissing on-screen and they were clearly not romantic.

Either you can't ship any character ever because they were not shown kissing or this is not an argument to disprove anything.
Get something better.

Even in that example you use, Chichi blushes right after it.
That's not the same as the dynamic between Nami and Sanji, Nami's almost always weirded out by his flirting and doesn't even endorse it secretly. She just doesn't like it.
The tsundere thing only works when it's clear that both sides love eachother a lot despite not acting like it, for example:
Sanji and Nami have never had a moment like this.

Your arguments falls flat when Oda is a mangaka who doesn't like showing romance, you dunce. You can't make arguments that lack of intimacy means that Nami hates Sanji. Oda can't even make REAL couples in one piece to kiss, yet your argument that Nami not kissing Sanji means she hates that makes as sense as your life
