The panel above is clearly about Crocodile...that's why guys fact cheking and context always matter! You have seen how anti Zoro pirates used it out of context, that completely changed the meaning of it. Because when you see the full page picture you realize that it's about Crocodile only

1- How is it a problem ? It's not like others got their bounties just for existing...hell Shanks got a 1b bounty due to taking the blame for something he didn t do.

That would undoubtedly put Kaido > Mihawk by a comfortable margin.

Look I’m not the one who first brought up Caribou’s fodder marine hunting resume to headcanon how much it contributed. All I said is that marine hunting no doubt contributed to his bounty as well as being part of a Yonko crew which is generally true.
I agree he is the Yonko equivalent fighter, therefore he should be treated as such and not falsely state that his bounty is solely due to his strength like for Shanks, BB, Goofy, and OG Yonkos and Roger

You wanna say "Marine Hunting contributed to Mihawk's bounty" but at the same time the other Yonko, Roger are somehow exempt.
Shanks got 1 Bil for Uta's monster wrecking an entire Island and the Govt believing it was Shanks' work.
Big Mom Pirates razed multiple countries to the ground cuz they didnt give her sweets.
Kaidou's disasters are known for how destructive they are, even named for it. Dealing with WMDs, etc,.
Blackbeard went from 2.2 to 3.98 the moment Aokiji joined him, he's another wildcard.
Roger is the fkn Pirate King, the man who started the Great Pirate Age with his words.

It's a collection of people who are now in the final race for One Piece. The significant reveal of this panel is that now even Marines, Revolutionaries and Celestial Dragons are in the race for One Piece.
Mihawk has no interest in One Piece, and no agenda of his own. He's the only character who's actually achieved his goal and is comfortable just chilling. Were he not in Cross Guild, he wouldn't bother with any of this and Zoro would never encounter him within the timeline of the story.
Buggy serves as a means of bringing Mihawk back into the story. Buggy is also a gag version of Luffy, and possesses the same ability to draw people to his side. So ironically, Buggy will probably spark something in Mihawk that will lead us to finding out who betrayed him in the past.
But from a powerscaling perspective, the World Government believes that Yonko Buggy is able to rival Shanks in power, and still sees Mihawk as the greater threat. It could not have been made more obvious that Mihawk is above the Yonko, because even the World Government places him above his own Yonko captain based on nothing but being strong af (and funnily enough, being a stronger swordsman than Shanks).
