Hmm... using wiki to support your misreading of the manga ain’t good.... there are many instances where blunt attacks damaged and made Luffy bleed. Where the immunity in this. I prefer you rereading manga panels than going to wiki and quote.

Luffy wouldn't suffer PIS and his FS would kick in.
Katakuri couldn't hit Luffy with Mogura because it's not as wide or versatile as his brawling style, similarly without Kaido's brawling style he won't be able to hit Luffy easily.
Swords are relatively easy to dodge in this series, with Luffy unlocking CoO in marineford to deal with Mihawk's slashes.
