That is, if the Light Speed in One Piece is the same as in Naruto. In Naruto, lightning speed is near instantaneous. You can see in slow motion how the Raikage moves from Sasuke's field of vision while Amaterasu is forming.
Meanwhile, lightspeed in One Piece is so slow characters can have dialogues in between. Like when Kizaru from mid range shot his Yasakani no Magatama at Whitebeard and Whitebeard commented on it being pretty bright, before the attack even connected with Marco. As lightspeed can travel the globe 7 times in a second, Whitebeard verbally reacting to a lightspeed attack from mid range would be impossible.
Speed inconsistencies aside, the admirals still have too much fire power and as logias, are immune to any physical attack bar Totsuka which seals everything and Genjutsu (you could argue they are immune to Genjutsu due to not having Chakra, but in cross verse battles these stats should be equated. You could argue that Naruto verse attacks connecting with Logia bodies should also be allowed due to Haki not being a concept in the Naruto verse and hence we should just equate Haki with Chakra).
