I'm a huge fan of tournament arcs when they're done well!

I've heard Yu Yu Hakusho's tournament arc is pretty epic, but I never got that far.

So my vote goes to Naruto like the Naruto fangirl I am. That arc (technically the one before?) things started getting really dark, and it was pretty interesting to watch all the fights before fighting in Naruto became overblown.

Kengan Ashura's annihilation tournament by far is the best
It takes more than 90% of the series and it's almost 200 chapters long and considering the series made it into my top 10 mangas i would rate this tournament above many of the series you have here not just their tournamnet arcs
After that we have Record of Ragnarok which is 100% touranment and it's in my top 15 favorites mangas
Naruto's chunin exam and the grand magic games from FT take the 3rd and 4th places

Chunin exam set bar really high for other anime.
HxH introduced whole concept of Nen during the Heaven's arena and it also gave us the glimpse of Nen potentials.
MHA is a close second but it had too much cliche.

I like pretty much most of them but I really loved ( just pure enjoyment ):

1. Grand Magic Games.

2. Dark Tournament.

3. Sports Festival/Royal Knights Magic exam.
