Reason being, his interactions with Vivi show he doesn't hate royals or position, just his family as he respects her and how far she goes. His interaction with Momo where he congratulates him on stating his name and standing up... both seem to kind of go in hand with him possibly doing both.

Technically, he already accepted the name "Vinsmoke" during his fight against Queen. So acceptance is done, now he just need to prove his conviction by saying that I'm a proud Vinsmoke to the world.

By achieving that means Sanji has to be a king of Germa.

It depends on what the original Vinsmokes were like. He’ll never accept judges ideals, but we don’t know enough about his ancestors

Just because he didn't lose his emotions, didn't mean it wouldn't happen. If it took 3 uses for body, what if 4th use was mind, 5th use entirety? He had no way of knowing. Seemed like a self preservation move. Remove the temptation to use it just incase.
