I don't know if BB will really be above WB in term of Gura. BB will be overall stronger than Prime WB but he will have 2/3 DF he can't master them all perfectly I think he will master fully the Yami, he will have great mastery over the Gura but less than WB

Yeah, Probably.

WB had most of his life's time to master the Gura Gura while BB has 2-3 years since marineford before he faces and loses to luffy.
