Kid has a DF which is perfect to create massive arms so I'm sure he is going to show an impressive attack at some point, but having an impressive attack doesn't make him strong.

Just see the manga again. Luffy give his best to hurt them. Even Gear Second. But they know haki and Luffy is useless at base form against it. But his G2 beats Boa sisters.

Other characters will join Law and Kid to retain Big Mom which will allow them to have a prominence without beating Big Mom.

You have a good point. Yamato may show up to see Luffy finishing Kaido. Then she will stop her love for Oden and will start to love Luffy. Or to be Luffy idk.

BM not being defeated here means she won't be defeated anymore. If Luffy defeats Kaido here and BM leaves, she ain't challenged Luffy never again. Be sure.

The power creep factor is scary in this manga... We will have stronger and stronger attacks vs Kaido, meanning that if yamato ends up vs her father, she will cuck the feats of the ones who fought before, the same with Jimbe and Sanji if they end up going to the roof, with is inevitable btw.
