Eh I think Moriahs the best user for his fruit. It fits his character design too much and doesn’t really work for Burgess’. Weevil I just don’t see anywhere else for him to fit

There’s zero reason for Mihawk to ever join Blackbeard, and thus the whole idea falls apart. BB can’t give him what him wants, which is for his chosen rival (Zoro) to challenge him in an epic duel for his title. Mihawk has worked alone since Roger’s execution, there’s no in-story reason for him to want to change that, and if he kidnaps Perona while she’s looking for Moria, this is more likely to make an enemy out of Hawk-Eyes than anything else.

Given Hancock’s hatred of all men and Luffy’s status as the fifth emperor, there’s no reason for her to team up with BB over Luffy. To do so would be completely out of character for her.

Mihawk would join BB for the exact same reason he joined WG.

The theory is literally that Rox was a dysfunctional group of pirates sabotaging one another for their own self interests.

My problem with this is Mihawk doesn’t seem like a guy who would join under anyone(maybe Shanks) and Hancock loves Luffy and would never do that to him

It’s the only way I can actually see Zoro vs Mihawk happening in a way that isn’t just a friendly duel, so based on that I like it.

But I think it’s the level 6 prisoners who are meant to be his Rocks people. Famous, psychotic pirates, wouldn’t be in a crew if not for him, Blackbeard literally made them fight to join his crew.
