Zoro beat the Kaido's right hand man and that is fine. Lets be honest there are some curve balls here and there but for the most part One Piece is a bit formulaic and is a typical shonen.
This means Zoro as the second strongest is gonna beat up the 2nd strongest guy most of the time. This isn't a knock on Zoro, he isn't the main character, Luffy is.

I actually like the Nika stuff. Thankfully, it was no resin bullshit, let alone that cringe full hardening Broly/G5 fanart. Oda perfectly handled Luffy's creativity with G5 and I enjoyed every moment of G5 vs Kaido. Oda is a multi millionaire who could technically finish his manga in 1 or 2 years and he'd still easily live as a very rich man. His manga is one of the best sold books world-wide. He doesn't give a single fuck about a random nobody, named PurpleSwordsman, who talks shit about his Nika plot on a random anime/manga forum.

They have a certain idea and try to present their idea with facts and hints from the manga. Some do powerscaling, others are related to the lore. Either way, both stuff can come up true or wrong. Since when have people to consider making up their opinions/views/speculation/theories on a random stranger on the internet? Everyone can theorize what OP is and they all can end up getting wrong. Now are they not allowed to post theories or to complain?
Uh, what's so bad about this line exactly? I was also worried how Oda would just off panel this situation entirely and it came out true at the end. Why do I even have to justify my own thoughts of the theory because PurpleBitch is too butthurt about the fact that people theorize about Zoro?

Now what truly happened, this is the case. However, there was an interesting subplot about Zoro struggling to die and that's why there were moments of the grim reaper. However, the panels are wasted since Oda put too much empathize on this situation instead of focusing on more important plot elements. You say Wano was trash for some reasons while I, albeit agreeing with you on this matter, also say that Oda wasted too many panels on irrelevant subplots. The raid is worth of 130 chapters, Oda could easily reduce 1/3 of the amount of the chapters if he didn't draw so many subplots which meant little at the end.
Maybe, maybe not. We can't tell. However, for now, there was no use of the extended panels of Zoro vs grim reaper when Oda off panelled the moment of Zoro overcoming death on panel.
