One piece is a shonen from the get go...you have come to shonen genre and asking for it to be like seinen?....like you have honestly read 1000+chapters of one piece thinking it is a seinen?......you don't like shonen doesn't mean others also have to dislike shonen....there are many "seinen" mangas out there if you want....you can read them...
it is like reading manga with "harem" tag and asking why it is harem.....
