See that's the thing, I judged it by its cover, it looked like an isekai to me and I kept far away from it. This is some serious hype, gonna check it out.

IGN calls Frieren an Isekai anime on their articles and they got cooked by the comments for that.

The difference between Isekai and fantasy is that Isekai usually has the main character transported from a modern world to a medieval-like setting world of magic and mythology and stuff like that or straight up die from getting hit by a truck or shit like that and gets reincarnated into a different body in a medieval world and grow up there.

Fantasy genre is just medieval setting like off the bat, no modern world influence or anything like that until further explained.

But yea man, I hope you'll enjoy it.

@EmperorKinyagi for stamina I swim at a public pool and or run almost every day outside to a lake nearby. It is frozen right now but you feel amazing when you come back and take a shower and eat breakfast.

Actually treats females with respect and they are strong as fuck.

This is what happens when you don't fall under Shounen category.

With the right author and good writings, female characters suddenly become some of the best things in Frieren. Doesn't matter if they are strong or weak, with good character development and writings, they're great.

We need more series with strong and good written female characters.

And also, I still have yet to see a Shounen series with the MC's mom being a force to be reckon with, it's always the dad that is strong af and the mom are either dead or useless background character. Smh.

Yup, in the other corner of my apartment I've got a dumb-bell collection and a barbell for bench/rows.

For runs there's a gym in my apartment complex with a lot of treadmills. I'm also planning on joining some run/hiking clubs this summer.

I just moved to a new city.

Whats your schedule?

Very basic.

Monday morning - push
Tuesday morning - pull
Wednesday morning- rest or legs if I'm bored
Thursday morning pull - push
Friday morning - pull
Weekend - rest

Then I usually do like a 20-30 min run/jog in the evening.

Whats your diet and daily calories intake?

Diet is mostly lean but I cheat pretty badly once every 1-2 weeks it's my biggest weakness

Do you work on your stamina?

I don't train for anything specific, I'm just focused on maintaining my body/health. I've been trying to lean down to where I have visible abs for a couple years now but I keep on failing.
