So if I recall correctly, people in Bleach that are attacked and killed by a Hollow usually turn into one, right?
Cause of that, I was for a long time actually expecting Ichigo's mother to appear as a Hollow/Arrancar and I was surprised when it never happened.
Like I was expecting some big emotional battle between mother and son to happen there and just, nope, never happened. Lol.
I think that was a bit of a missed opportunity there.

Yeah OP is stupid in that you also forget if Admiral= Emperor
Then why did the marines needed to assemble all there force for one Yonko
Aramki low diffed Queen and King
Kizaru would low diff the crew
Kuzan and Akainu would kill Whitebeard
For Bleach it's more inconsistent
Ichigo defeat Byakuya and Zaraki but can't touch Grimmi and Ulqui its huge mistake completely fail .
Then 10 Vasto Lordes are stronger than entire Gotei 13 according to Hitsugaya most vasto lord's were trashed
Another point is
Characters in Bleach die rather than using there bankai
Love aikawa
Rojuro
Ukitake
Aizen
Yamamoto didn't use it against Aizen
Unohana just watched how gotei 13 get trashed by Aizen (as the strongest kenpachi one should help)
Yoruchi didn't even use shikai
Kisuke is OP as hell no bankai against Aize
Isshin is amazing didn't even use Shikai against Aizen
Yhwach didn't use Zaki no Tachi to annihilate Soul society in second invasion
Zero squad is stronger than all gotei 13 squads gets no dffed by SS and normal gotei 13 beat them bar Gerad
The strength of the characters aren't really consistent its awful in OP you have a decent difference at least
Kid and Law were lucky but Bleach if you look at it from ch 1 to end awful awful as hell

For me,the biggest examples of power inconsistency in Shit Piece are:
-Fraudo being first set up as a very destructive person by Moria,a character whose life he ruined and was fighting Condom-Boy's gang. But when Fraudo himself face the gang,he never does a single big harm against them.
-Lack and Perospero being very hyped as villains in the start,only to end up being defeated in a single chapter.
This is due Lolda's bias towards good-alligned characters,and his foolishness in write a story about world peace.
But is not like he know how to use other concepts properly. The Numbers,the evil ruler in a fictional version of Japan,the teasing about Chopper's growth for the second part of the story,Lolda ruined all them horribly.

If a Hollow kills someone it eats their soul and becomes part of them.

what Tito is good is the emotion in each arc if you look at each arc separately and not strength wise then Bleach is really good we love the villains
Grimmijow, Ulqui, Aizen, Yhwach, Bazz-B, Gerad Valkerie, Lille Barro
Kubo is creating amazing characters unlike Oda who creates goofy characters like Queen, Kaido, BM who are trash

You would have thought he would have learned his lesson the last time he praised a Bleach arc over One Piece before he actually completed reading said Bleach arc. 
As great and shiny as the anime adaptation of TYBW is, the arc is a mess, especially the second half of it.
