The goal for them is to find One Piece, not to be the strongest crew. Luffy doesent need Nami and Robin to be as strong as Jack to be PK, he needs them to navigate him to Raftel.

And BB is a yonko, but he doesent have 10 All Star level subordinates. Kaido doesnt have that, BM doesent have that, Whitebeard didnt have that either. There is a hierarchy strength wise.
Luffy has made it pretty clear that he wants to find One Piece by becoming stronger than the competition. Hence why he hated the idea of finding Road Poneglyphs without taking them by force

Their designs are kinda diverse (tho most of them look like Disney characters), but most of them have barely any fleshed out personality. They have gotten no spotlight at all in Wano
But they are there and will fight.
Strength wise the enemies are
BM-Kaido
Smoothie-Jack-Queen-King
Flying 6 (5, Drake probably ditches them)
Kaido Jr is still a mystery so wont include him

The 6 Strawhats arent on the same tier when you look at the alliance

Kumadori and Fukurou were given a 800 Doriki, Khalifa a 600. Sanjis and Zoros opponent were 2200, which is almost 3x more than Frankys and Choppers opponent (who almost killed Nami), while Luffys was 4000. Do you think the Flying 6 are so much behind the All Stars?
Yes, the Flying Six aren't even in the same league as the Calamities. Absolutely no reason to think they are. Kaido's crew is following the exact same set up we've seen time and time again
Main Guy
Main Guys Strongest Subordinates
Main Guys Weaker Subordinates
Actual Fodder
The Strawhats are going to fight the ones that are actually distinct characters that play a real role in Kaido's crew. Not nameless Headliner one, two and three that share a small panel on their introduction.

Nami, Chopper, and Usopp are too weak to fight CP9 agents. They will tag team that fodder judge that is just 3 guys in 1 dress.

Sometimes hardcore fans get too wrapped up in their own powerscaling. It’s clear that nobody but the Tobi Roppo have gotten the hype/spotlight needed to be the SH opponents. Mayyybe the Numbers, but they’re all the just same thing: Giant Oni who uses his sheer strength and size to beat people. If they fight Numbers, it’d be like they’re all fighting reskins of the same guy

Youre forgetting the BMP and a bunch of other people on Luffys side. The Tobbi Roppo is a elite group with which Kaido wanted to brag to BM about, and that Luffys, Kidds and Laws peer is a part of. They are above any of Kaidos and BMs subordonates that arent All Stars or Sweet Commanders

Who did Usopp fight? Nami defeated the weakest who didnt take her seriously, and Chopper was never a weakling, just acts scared for whatever reason

I see no reason for focusing in some Kaido minions if they are going to fight some side character, i expected that besides Drake, who seems to be the strongest of them, the others fight and lost against the SH.

After Kaido and BM fall the SH will be one of the strongest crews, for them to be able to fight BlackBeard Pirates Oda will need to give them some powerups now.
