Guillo opted into making a strict decision and I let it slide, yes.
If something is frowned upon by a host then that has to be taken.
I was also quite busy and I saw Guillo doing a good job most of the time, so I greenlit many decisions without thinking much.
Overall
@Guillo is a decent host and this game looked like alot of fun generally speaking.
I would advocate for your next game if you ever plan to host again, to be coached again, just to be sure that you understand what a players want here. Like faster phases.
I don't know how the vote count thingy went going forward. It was a bit hectic early on as Guillo needed to get used to manual votecounting. But I think there were no issues going forward beyond that? So that checks the box.
I could say more things, but I think alot of the things have already been stated by the players, regarding phases, votes on D1 and such.
Anyway I am glad we had a different kind of game running here. I can't fully judge the balance of the setup, but I think these things depend on a micro level. Scum played this well and that's congratulateable.
I hope this setup inspires people to be more open about mech-based games. They offer also so much variety and hidden potentials. lol
Anyway, my job is done, I will leave more constructive feedback at the hands of the players. They are also fairly experienced as a collective.
