Why doesn't anyone mention Sengok?
He was directly responsible for points 3.,4.,5. and 6. of OPs post. He caused the deaths of thousands of people on marine's side for literally no reason. WB was just hanging out and he was about to die anyway. Why bait him with ace into a war? He could've just executed him offscreen in a cell if he just wanted Roger's son dead. Also, didn't they all (garp, sengok, roger, wb at least) have some kind of a healthy rivalry back in the day? I couldn't imagine smoker doing such crafty shit to luffy in future. Sengok also followed and follows the whims of the celestial dragons, back then as admiral and later as fleet admiral. He authorized the genocide akainu and kuzan did. Under his reign, warlords like croc and doffy enslaved entire countries and people.
And after all those actions (of which there's probably many many more) he just retires and acts like he wasn't almost directly involved in screwing up the world. Sorry but his pseudo father son complex with rosinante isn't enough to make him shine in good light.
