Here's what I believe is 5 most powerful or Broken Devil Fruits in the verse fruits that seemingly have no defense against it

5. Magellan Poison Poison Fruit- this fruit can deal with most enemies very easily and unless you have a cure the survival rate is very low

4. Ceaser Clown Gas Gas no mi- much like Magellan this fruit could be a one hit kill just by simply taking away the oxygen in the air imo while it's not the most destructive it's one of the most lethal logias

3. Laws op op no mi- this fruit isn't an all powerful fruit like some might think but just like Kaido said its tricky ,it has so many functions and abilities that it's insane.

2. Luffys Nika nika- This fruit seems to make Luffy immune or at least extremely resistant to powerful attacks, even laughed off many of Kaido's attacks this fruit when awakened allowed Luffy to bend the world around him bounce back a bolo breath with the ground hell dude grabbed lighting out the sky and throw it like a javelin

1. Sugars toy toy fruit- a single touch, just a touch and your entire existence is practically erased you become a rumor just a feint memory that no one can place. And if she makes a contract then the person she turned into a toy will be a toy working for her for the rest of their lives

boa's DF is up there since she bypass haki

so she could OS drunk loving mode kaido for example

Foxy's Slow Slow fruit was the most powerful fruit before the reveal that you can use haki to counter DFs.
After that reveal, Foxy's fruit is basically not working on people with strong haki and it drops from #1 as the most powerful fruit.

I would rank them like this now:
1. Kuma's
2. Caesar's
3. Law's
4. Kizaru's
5. Blackbeard's

Law's fruit is also heavily nerfed by strong haki as we know but still, the self-empowering abilities are still good.
I dont think strong haki can nullify Caesar's Airless World unless the haki barrier stops that effect in the user's close range.

I would pick Caesar's fruit, not just because the oxygen thing but because by controlling gases you can do lots of other things

In no order
Gura gura no mi - has the most DC and AoE of any df and is the strongest paramecia df.

Ope ope no mi - one of the most broken df that some of has the highest 1 shot potential of any df and some of the best utility of any df. It's just high in everything a df would need to be good.

Magu magu no mi - the deadliest df in the series with the highest natural AP for df so far. Also has some of the best natural defense as just using the df makes a magma defense that you would need good haki to even start to fight against.

Sugars df - it's the most broken df in the series and has basically multiple df powers in 1 and has the highest hax of all df. If anyone remotely strong had her df they could probably take over multiple islands. The df awakening could be even more broken.

The Dragon df - gives a bunch of abilities in 1 df. You gain high level physical stats especially durability, control over at least 3 elements, flight, and a Regen factor. It's probably the df that gives the most abilities of any df. Like sugar it acts like multiple df in 1. We haven't even seen what it's awakening might give even more which is insane.

Right on the outside but just as good as these are
The Nika df - imagination= power is a great df that gives a massive boost to physical stats and acts like a paramecia and zoan df in 1. It's power is only limited by the users so potentially it has no limits.

The ice df - a similar power of the magu df but with more hax and less AP

The poison df- highly hax with great AoE

Light df - has great AoE and probably the best physical boost in speed

Darkness df - can cancel other df and has great AoE but has one of the worst draw backs of df which is taking double damage with no way to train out of the downside.

Gasu is probably controversial but I think people greatly underestimate the power of being able to create, control and transform into any gas, gasses make up one of the four fundamental states of matter alongside plasma, solids and liquids, like you can't tell me that a logia which can manipulate any liquid or any solid wouldn't be ridiculously overpowered, it's the same for gas.

It's hard to fairly rank them collectively because they're all so different, so if I were to pick the top five in specific attributes, it would probably be something like this.
