If this was a coven game, we would be told so. Vamps and mafia aren't mutually exclusive. Unless this is a full-on third-party game then no, I see no reason why vamps would replace mafia. As such, it's not plausible.

Well, the only way he could have TMI in this situation is if he's the consig or the invest and investigated Ryu, but I already asked him if he did so which he denied. Now, one of his buddies could be the consig and he gave the result in the mafia chat. With that being said, all this is a tinfoil and it's too inconclusive for us to reach any strong conclusions on Don imo.

This game seems to have too many indies. Then we have the mafia faction. This leaves low amount of town pool.
