Isn’t a Pirate worse than Exe? There is still the possibility that he is Exe. So a Pirate looks worse in this scenario.

I agree. Pirate is can harm town with the blocks + if the town loses the duel he/she simply dies.
Exe can't do anything besides push a lynch for his/her target.

No clue why people want the jailer to get an Exe. Let the Exe alive, might be helpful if you can make a deal.
