Well let us see. I am looking up figures from a mixture of news articles, a statista article and the Wikipedia article for USA Boxing. 
Trump is 6 ft 3 with a weight of 107 kg according to statista, this fella would be a Super Heavyweight in Yankee boxing. Not much in the fighting experience department but he did host a wrestling show, so there is a little something though not much. He is apparently the third heaviest president behind Taft and Cleveland as well as the third tallest president behind Lincoln and B. Johnson. He do be a large lad.
Biden is 6ft but only 80kg according to statista, so Middleweight that is only 1kg short of Light Heavyweight. Dude is unfortunately way out of his prime being the oldest US president during his term and possibly the first US president to serve with notable memory degeneration. No known fighting experience or interest in fighting sports.
I can't find a weight for Kamala Harris and her height fluctuates between 5ft 2 and 5ft 4 in articles I look up. Regardless, she would either be shorter than or match the shortest president James Madison. I wouldn't be surprised if her weight was only in the high 50kg range. No known fighting experience or interest in fighting.

Biden would probably be a C tier due to his advanced age, lack of weight for his size and cognitive decline.
