Diamante can control the area through him he had the people as a champion of the Coliseum
Pica Can do Aoe Attacks through him Dressora was pretty deadly

Through Vergo Doflamingo basically rans G-5 which had Tashigi and Smoker
Caesar - Had mercenaries and notorious pirate captain brownbeard. A smile things as well and caesar can make smiles.
Bellamy - A tough pirate Captain who was the boss of his island
Ran Colisuem that brung powerful fighters and can place a bounty on someone head that can make these powerful fighters chase after them

Frontier Agents - Powerul Devil fruit Users that can kill the average pirate crew with ease
Smuggles Dance Powder

When Tanaka reports of Treasure defeat Tesoro didn't care because he can hire another guy to do it for him which means he can get guys ad powerful as Mad Treaurre or even greater to do tasks for him.
Had a pirate alliance paying tribute. This same alliance captured over 100 pirate crews.
Probably had more strong pirate crews paying tribute to him which is why he was called the Monster Of the New World
Ran illegal operations and had influence in the Black Market

They want to think that are the weakest and least competent Yonko crew because they hate Big Mom or because they were the first Yonko crew encountered and fought by the Straw Hats and because they suffered a lot from Plot armor and Plot induced stupidity by Oda to protect the Straw Hats and their allies.

They probably are the weakest Yonko crew, I definitely think so. But even then, people talk about them as if most of the members are weaker than Pica lmao. Like, no. Execs in a Yonko crew are far stronger. Like the average competent BMP could neg Pica. It's a joke how they think the Donquixote pirates are nearly of Yonko status in terms of power, because thats how weak they perceive the BMPs to be
Sun Pirates without Jinbe
- Every single crew member is a good swimmer, can breathe underwater, manipulate water
- Aladine can sneak up on Oven and survive his assault, Wadatsumi is an underwater giant who can flip fleets
- A battlefield with a Yonko army was split in two by changing the ocean currents
- Big Mom was lucky she has Oven, because everyone else from Smoothie to Brownie is unable to follow fishmen underwater and attack them while the fishmen poke holes in their ships.
Germa 66
- Judge = Snack. Ichiji, Niji, Reiju and Yonji are all in the veteran range
- They can fly, they can all mimic DF powers, augmented stats like strength and speed, their suits have high durability and flame resistance
- A clone army of replaceable fearless soldiers that basically live to fight and sacrifice themselves
- A mobile base kingdom fleet that can unite or separate, climb the Red Line, is not too dependent on air and ocean currents
- More to offer. Because of how scientifically advanced they are, it is possible they hiding more tech from trackers to guided missiles, flying ship technology, biological weapons, etc.
