Doffy accept his brother to his group years later cause yeah blood brother until he found out he snitched and betrayed him the whole time so he kill him. Nothing wrong with that. I understand he 'liked' his brother. But he has a real bad penchant for murking those that did him wrong, case in killing his blood father/brother. Its simply not justifiable enough to say, he likes his brother.

Father was just a retard without foresight. Brother was an actual traitor. What happens to Doflamingo if caught? Life sentence in level 6 or execution.
We know Doflamingo's loyalty and love to his "family" is genuine due to multiple stuff that happened in the manga. Like for one instance, he risked his position by attacking Marines to get two of his fodder members free. He didn't care that they failed. Failure isn't an issue for him, treachery is.
