I have no thoughts other than his theme is Food and women like Sanji
Also, another thing to point out about Fuji for Luffy... is the DF match up
For Luffy, facing a horizontal gravity attack as a rubber, is 100 times less terrifying than same caliber of opponent attack as magma or lightening explosions or Ice! Elemental powers are very deadly for Luffy still!
So, for Luffy, Fuji is the easiest admiral to face DF wise despite the swordsmanship, but still easier, ONTOP. Of the idea that I myself believe the new draft is generally are less in level than the old ones

It has always bugged me that Magellan and Hannyabal never found or at least suspected the existence of the hole between lvl 5 and lvl 6 of Impel Down given the disappearances of prisonners and the riot that happened during Impel Down arc with all the disappearing convicts returning free and as okamas.
