Yes, I think they got their hands on Uranus.
However, they are incapable of using it.
They cant replicate the fuel it needs.

And I think all 3 need fuel.
Shirahoshi herself ain't an Ancient Weapon, she is just the fuel that orders Poseidon.
Pluton will likely also have some kind of fuel, likely a human like Poseidon has. Uranus can also be used by Awakened fire user, IMO.

I think only Urunus needs the Mother Flame, and that the other two Ancient Weapons are animal-based, meaning they don't need artificial power.

Shirahoshi rules the Sea Kings... BUT, who is the true Sea King? Shirahoshi is clearly a princess, so, I suspect we've get to see her true power, IE, we need to meet the true "Sea King" of Sea Kings she will control.

Pluton has been said to be "slumbering" and needing to "awaken" so I also believe it's some kind of animal, but we know it's also a ship. We see this with Laboon, a sea creature that also functions as a submarine.

Urunus needs a Mother Flame because it's fully artificial, IMO.

I wouldn't be surprised if Urunus was originally built by the Alliance, rather than the Ancient Kingdom, since the Ancient Kingdom seemed to be more nature-minded, and Urunus seems to be purely mechanical.

I tried to understand how Haki works, i figured out what Three Types of Haki mean
Then i applied what i learned to discover Nine Advanced Techniques (Meaning each Type of Haki have Three Advanced Uses)
With Third Advanced Technique of each Type been Most Rare & cannot be achieved by Training alone

After that, i thought what if each Application of these Techniques was Infinite
And i noticed that it does work, and lead me to existence of Nine Unique Powers
In other words:

There is Something in One Piece that is Effected by Hardening Permanently
There is Something in One Piece that is Constantly using Future Sight Infinitely
There is Something in One Piece that is Permanently covered in Barrier Haki
There is Something in One Piece that is Permanently listening with Voice of All Things
There is Something in One Piece that unleashes Internal Destruction that never Fades
... etc

I discovered what these Nine Powers/Treasures are & i discovered that There is only One Owner to each in entire World.
And the ones Created from Third Adv. Technique of each Haki Type ended up being Ancient Weapons

In other words, Poseidon is Power Created from Infinite Voice of All Things which is believe is Observation Haki Level 3
And Pluton is Power Created from Infinite Internal Destruction which is Armament Haki Level 3
And Uranus is Power Created from Haoshoku Haki Level 3 which isn't Revealed yet

Then i noticed that those Nine Characters are actually related to Nine Straw Hats in more ways than one
As not only their Backstories are Related (Two Faces of Same Coin), but their Dreams are related as well & SHs represent a Mini-Version of them when it comes to those Unique Powers They wield

After that, when i added Straw Hats to the Pattern i noticed that They were Ranked in a Very Unique way, which revealed that their Origin & Backstories are actually Re-Creation of Ancient Figures who first Unlocked those Unique Powers

Then i noticed how each one of those Ancient Figures are actually related to a Specific Kingdom & this Pattern tbh keeps on giving, with each Discovery proving it's legitimacy

So Overall, Oda created a System of One (Haki) ---> Three (CoO - CoA - CoC) ---> Nine (Advanced Techniques)
That explains the entire World, Power System, Story & Lore

Voice of all things is not Observation Haki. It is another thing like a lineage thing that only Momo and Luffy so far have it like Oden and Roger did. And Momo so far have no haki at all.

There is no 9 sea. More than 9 dreams and roles and key characters and strawhats and kingdoms and backstories etc.

Their Origin Country still Exists & They were Recruited from them, but They lived Separate from the People (In Isolation)

Zoro, Sanji & Franky represent the Lost Trio
Their Origin Country still Exists but They were unable to Return to it (Think of them as Exiled or Lost People)

Nami, Robin & Brook represent the Homeless Trio
Their Origin Country was Destroyed & They are unable to settle down there anymore

This is a Reference to Moon People Fates
Skypieans represent the Isolated People
Shandians represent the Exiled/Lost People
Birkans represent the Homeless People
And then it was revealed that They are all share One Origin
And that Enel's DF which was Birkan's National Treasure ended up being what Automata needed on the moon
So things are Connected here
