I feel like the layout of the characters on this page is important. Like for example with the revolutionary panel. If you go from right to left you have Dragon, Sabo, Iva, and Morley. This is in, in all likelihood, the order of strength for the revo commanders.
Now lets look at the yonko section. You have Kaido beside Big Mom and Shanks beside Blackbeard. This indicates their role in the story, with Kaido and BM being featured in Wano and Shanks and Blackbeard likely also being featured alongside each other in either Elbaf or Lodestar.
With the warlord section, you have Buggy and Mihawk facing each other, something that could have possibly been foreshadowing for cross guild.
Now lastly you have the supernova section. Here you have Luffy at the forefront, indicating that he is the most prominent member of the supernova. You have Drake on the far left, away from every other supernova. This hints at the fact that he is not really a pirate but actually a marine. You have Kid and Law on opposite sides of the page, indicating how they have parallel roles in the story, as seen in Wano and Egghead. Kid is also positioned near Apoo and Hawkins, which points to the Kid alliance(and possibly its revival later down the line?). Capone is a bit further away from Hawkins and Apoo, showing that while they're on a similar level, Bege's story follows a different subplot.
Lastly, you get to the very bottom of the supernova section. So directly besides Luffy you have Zoro. Obviously pointing to the fact that Zoro is Luffy's RHM. On Luffy's other side you have Bonney. With Egghead, we have come to learn how important Bonney is to the story. She is the adopted daughter of Kuma, the biological daughter of a CD, she loves Nika and she can use her DF to mimic Nika's powers. She will at least be sailing with Luffy to Elbaf, but I would say that the door is open for her to join the SHs as Luffy's apprentice. We know every crew has had apprentices, yet Luffy doesn't. Bonney could fill that role and it would explain why she is right besides Luffy.
Lastly, I want to talk about Urouge. Urouge is positioned next to Zoro, Capone, and Law. This could point to him being a future ally of Luffy's.
Also, Urouge is positioned opposite to Killer, which could hint at them possibly having a rivalry
