Powers & Abilities Usopp and Sanji will unlock CoC in Elbaf

I can think of many reasons why I think it would be fitting for Sanji to have CoC.

Not the least of which that he would be the best and most fitting king for reasons that have nothing to do with his royal lineage and everything to do with his kindness, empathy, generosity, principles, values and ability to make friends. He’s not half bad in the brain department either.

Sanji possesses all the qualities you would want in a king, if you had to be ruled by one. He’d keep the people fed, shield the vulnerable and protect women. Peak masculinity and honourable, the kind of man others want to follow.

I don’t understand why Ussope is supposed to get CoC, he doesn’t deserve having it. Ussope hasn’t changed his personality for over 1000 chapters, always was scared of everything - even now he is stil scared of fodders which is really annoying. Do you think he is gonna stop being scared of everything once he gets CoC? No, he isn’t gonna change his personality that he had for over 1000 chapters. He is the weakest SH.

Usopp's bravery journey should conclude with him being brave in spite of his skill set (weaponry and haki both). Being brave in all manner of environments, and against any foe. Having a CoC moment would be cool, yeah, but even his CoO isn't showcased enough.
And now we're supposed to believe he will unlock CoC and leanr how to consciously use it by the end of the series? Nah, Not the way things stand now
