Character Discussion Usopp being tuned to stone is a sign of Oda's brain mushing or just his unmasked hatred for Usopp

I think you are assuming too much out of usopp at this point, the "when did usopp find a little girl to be cute?" argument pays no rent, the guy is still a guy who thought some other characters or events were cute previously, at the same time, you are forgeting that the whole point of S-snake (and boa hancock powers in general) is petrifying, so it's hard to debate if a character like usopp has the ability to neglect the powers of a clone (of former warlord) just by sheer will/personality, that simply is not a usopp feat.
It takes a complete numbskull like luffy to be able to do that and usopp is not dumb at all.

luffy very weird person doesn't think boa is attractive made it a point about luffy, it has never been a thing that Usopp doesn't like or doesn't see kids as cute, he actually thought o-toko was funny, this isn't a big deal he thought consciously/subconsciously she was cute, I like how go straight to devalue my criticism of your silly criticism by saying that imI'm a blind luffy fan that only cares about the writing of luffy, that's not think criticism is weak that's held together by a character trait that ussop has that you made up.

Usopp has taken on female characters with utterly broken DFs by outsmarted them, through deception, trolling, sniping skills etc so I hoped he would somehow be the one to foil S-Snake petrifying everyone and save them all but Oda has made her fruit so ridiculously broken like Sugars but even worse in some ways and taken the laziest, easiest, most apathetic approach with the writing on Egghead and with the Seraphim and such.

I'm extremely disappointed with how Oda has handed Usopp post FMI and especially post Dressrosa through Wano most of all but also Franky this arc too, extremely sigh.

well apparently, Oda himself disagrees with what you'are saying, which kinda showcases a new "usopp" perspective that many might not have considered before.
I really like usopp as a character, but I don't think him being immune to things like "cuteness" is what makes usopp the character we expect, the main feat in usopp, I would say, is his unexpected, undecisive personality that usually ends up in a "good" way.

Sometimes he is loyal, and other times he shows defiance to even his captain luffy (Water-7)
Sometimes he is not dependable, other times he is very responsible and very trust-worthy.
