Please don’t move this thread into the powerscaling sub cause it is not a powerscaling but more of a prediction/theory that is based on power level
basically, I believe that Usopp is actually stronger than he actually is, as in he is in reality not that much weaker than Jimbei and the M3. Same for Nami
I also believe that by the end of Elbaf both Nami and Usopp will be right below the M3 strength wise.
Strength isn’t just about being able to physically beat your opponents but if both Usopp and Nami get rid of their cowardice and utilize their current tools they get propelled into YC territory
