In all seriousness, this should honestly be the end of it. Ratchet has made it clear that Beta is perma banned and not coming back. However, some keep trying to use technicalities while not knowing the whole story to make Ratchet's decision seem unfair when it's 100% justified. Beta has long history of being a repeat offender of things he apoligizes for. Beta has a long history of fabricating stories to demonize his detractors. Beta has a long history of turning a 180 on matters whenever he thinks it would benefit him.
For example, a week ago Beta claimed he was trolling when he threatened to sue me and hime. He recently fabricated a whole story about hime and only stopped when it backfired, but claims it wasn't serious. With me, despite claiming he wants his past to be buried, did everyhting he could to draw attention to it. He fabricated a story that I started the "rumors" about him and spent years spreading it behind the scenes cause I was obsessed, and publicly said he would sue. He only stopped when that backfired on him, and he quickly admitted to making it all up and knowing of his rep being trash. Still didnt stop him from spending months mentioning the incident in public and how I ruined his rep. But yeah, it was all just trolling.
Common sense says Beta hasn't changed at all and that Ratchet made a fair decision.
