But frankly it doesn’t change anything, it’s obvious those bounties are made after Cross Guild.
Just look at Buggy bounty. The wording is the same for him and yet they are showing his 3b + bounty with Cross Guild effect. It’s obviously the same for the other

Being made after cross guild =/= being based on cross guild.

From the reading, you can clearly see that Brannew is giving the reasons for the bounty allocation and non had to do with Cross guild effect because Cross guild was just formed.

Cross guild was just formed but they are taking the new situation into account, hence they changed Buggy bounty and made it 3b. It’s the same for other. Obviously Mihawk game power and hype comes from his title and that is why he has such a bounty. That doesn’t mean this new bounty is not made with cross guild effect

Shanks strength is worth 1.014 Billion as he is an unskilled hobo

Mihawks strength is worth 3.6 Billion

Meaning mihawk can beat 3 Shanks level characters at the same time

Buggy's bounty was changed for "getting" Mihawk and Croc under him...so like I said, it is about their individual abilities.
So there is no Cross guild effect. The fact that Buggy's bounty was for the assumption that he had the power to make Mihawk and Croc obey him proves the point.
