Just think of smile users as devil fruit users that ate the ability to laugh. You can't cure Luffy by removing his devil fruit power, that's why I was never on board of that idea, at best only someone with the expertise and technology related to devil fruits but that's it, and even then I find it a reach, if they can "cure" smiles then in theory you can "cure" any devil fruit user, just because it's tragic doesn't mean it can be "cured" magically.
So this is the “whoops I fucked Wano time for some damage control” SBS?
Ironically being one of the best for info in years?
But only because all of it should have been in the manga anyway?
Zoro’s background man… see, it does sound interesting and sounds like a good story. But also not absolutely 100% necessary. The problem was all the teasing and hinting throughout Wano and the SBS’. If he’d just said this in the very first SBS and then said “this is Zoro’s background, I won’t really cover it though” I think that would have been a lot more palatable.
As for this one, eyerolls at the ”what does it all mean” bit. Still trying to tease it out?
