It does not. Kizaru's justice is to just do his job without any personal or emotional attachment. He swallows his own morals to get the job done, unlike Fuji and Kuzan who would disobey because of their morals, and Akainu and GB who will commit because it fits their morals.
Feeding Luffy was Kizaru's opportunity to avoid killing Vegapunk
without disobeying orders, but that ship sailed. He now had to commit.
Kuzan and Fuji: "That's messed up. I won't do it."
Akainu and GB: " It's not messed up. It's the right thing to do."
