Lucci still being at risk kind of makes sense. Think about it where was it specifically said that being an awakened devil fruit user means you are in full control of that said devil fruit but I mainly just talking about the zoan type devil fruit user's.
Kid defeating a sweet general was not all that surprising especially with his fight against kaido and big mom. Most of attacks he use against both of them will easily crush most if not all the sweet generals I'm not going to lie to you. Hell breaking big mom's arm despite how high her durability is. It's no wonder snacks beg for his life and gave up the road poneglyph as an exchange. I mean let's be real kid can destroy an entire fleet on his own in mere seconds. So technically speaking kid was the first supernova to ever defeat one of the emperor's top crew members and he did it knowing he is missing an arm.

My guess is whereas Urouge outright beat the shit out of Snack, KOing him and forcing the BMP to take action, what Kid did was a bit more intricate.
He injured Snack, but promised to spare him if he got him the poneglyph. Snack gave Kid the poneglyph, Kid left tottoland, and nobody knew what happened.

Because fans still want to obsess over the idea that there´s some ¨cold war¨ between the Yonko and the WG. It´s not real or comparable to Russia and America at all. Russia and America were constantly close to war and doing countless proxy conflicts, that doesn´t exist in OP.
