That's Shanks Gryphon 2.0, no matter how you see it.
Like Cerberus is pretty damn big so gryphon being big enough to either pick up their ship or at worst the main members makes sense
Thinking about it gryphon is likely how he arrived to marineford so quickly. Flight being pretty op when it comes to travel speed. Like big mom when traveling using Zeus or Prometheus is pretty damn fast even pudding with her carpet

- One is purple/Dark, other is light/white
- Both are given to siblings.

- Cerberus guards Hell(Imu/Mariejois), shanks Gryphon Gaurds Treasure (One Piece)
- Cerberus is White/Some light color and Gryphon is Dark/Dark~blue.
- Both are given to siblings.
That's far fetched that they flew on top of Gryphon.

Shanks sword can be supreme grade, whereas Shamrock sword can be 21 grade.
Kitetsu like also share the same design, just different color.
