Rimi is an esper, and yes I know far more about the character than the wiki provides.

Rimi is the main heroine of Chaos;Head. She spends about the first third of the story as the main antagonist, though this is largely due to misdirection within the narrative, before eventually working into the heroine role. Her motives are, mostly, unknown up until the end, and as a character she is relatively immoral, but fundamentally she's a "good" character. She's an esper, so probably not classed as Human.
