The guy with glasses has to be Streussen... Perospero said that Streussenn was a powerful pirate back then, if I remember well...
EDIT: NO, the man with glasses can't be Streussen...
He has not the same lips as Streussen's (he has fat lips since he meet Lin Lin).
So he is either Silver Axe or another member yet to be introduced in a future...

In Thriller Bark we saw a zombie who many have speculated to be Wang Zhi from Rocks
In the latest chapter, Oda indirectly and silently confirms this by including a member from Rocks crew who looks EXACTLY just like that zombie
same helmet, same beard, etc...
A reminder that this Zombie was seen 2 years ago in Thriller Bark, meaning that this corpse has been dead for years prior, and Moria + Hogback revived it with their fruit/skills.
Now here's the issue: if this was Wang Zhi, then how the fuck was he still alive when Blackbeard took over Hachinosu 1 year ago during the Rocky Port Incident?
This doesn't add up... either that zombie wasn't Wang Zhi then like we all thought
or he was and this is a flat out retcon/plot hole on Oda's part... did he forget?
