Character Discussion Wano characters that weren't needed?

I also hate that the Scabbards, albeit incomplete during the clash, were easily restrained by Aramaki, even though they fought Kaidou and hurt him.
Before anyone says " well Admirals > Yonkos so that makes sense " don't even try, Shanks was wifi diffing that mf hard.

He's fine, but Izou dying wasn't really necessary. The one time Oda draws a LGBT character (or technically a femboy) that actually looks good he makes them lose their arm and has their brother die right after they reunite.

The main character that was not needed at all was momos sister. She served 0 purpose.
1. She did not teach the civilians the truth about her dad in secret to over throw orochi
2. She didn't secretly train to become strong to Ober throw orochi
3. She did nothing in the war besides path up scabbards that anyone could have done (law chopper etc).
4. She gave zoro enma even though she did not have to be the one to do so since odens dad who we knew as the creator of kitesu sword was still the one that told zoro about enma anyway.
5. Momo was still forced to become an adult to be ruler while her character is even more now useless since she doesn't even fit that role. To add even if momo didn't become an adult and sailed with luffy we now know that regardless their grandfather was alive. Which means if pushed he could have assumed his duty as shigun again.

Law's crew that fed Luffy: they didn't even participate in the war I think
Tama: boring deus ex machina piece of crap that exist so Oda could make Big Mom even more of a joke than she already was. Seriously, it would be a better story if Yamato secretly building her own army for mutiny because Kaido and his all stars are mistreating the lower ranked crew members
Hiyori: would be better if either Sukiyaki or Momo or even the Komainu to be the one dealing with Orochi and giving Enma to Zoro)
