The only thing that luffy did not achieve his the princess falling in love with him, but momo is more important than hyori
Zoro done x10 and got x10 the focus compared to luffy in wano.

Luffy clashed (lost) with kaido,
Brought most of the samurais together due to the prison outbreak, learnt adv coa.
Those are notable and impressive, but watching Luffy one-shot Gifters isn't quite as entertaining as Zoro taking out named characters and getting a cool sword.

Based on what we got so far, I wont call it a Zoro arc yet. Yes, he did a lot of things, got a lot of panels, but thats nothing new for him. He gets his shine in nearly every arc. I would call it a Zoro arc (similar to Sanji's WCI) if we get some of these:
(1) we get his backstory
(2) he rounds up the samurai and get recognized as a savior of Wano
(3) he does serious damage to Kaido and later solos King,
(4) his role as the first mate gets more highlighted by Luffy or others

Wano is Zoro's Arc similar to how whole cake island was Sanji's Arc and here is why:

solid thread @ZoroSlaysDragonTuna
the rest of your points are solid but this is where your argument is wonky

central theme in ennies

in otherwords the plot ,cause for conflict between cp9 and the strawhats was nico robin
the entire plot revolved around her character
we also got a flashback
her history and much more .

whole cake island
similar thing here
sanji is the reason the strawhats took a detour in wci in the first place .
sanji is the cause of conflict.
we get an expanded backstory, sanji gets to show his worth to the crew as a cook etc.

Wano
here's why saying its zoro's arc falls flat
- central story has revolved around oden
- cause for conflict is oden
- his children both momonosuke are hiyori are both key in ending or gaining an advantage in this war. (at least to king).

these other points
- Zoro had a connection to Wano another time after, When he met Ryuma's Corpse
- Zoro could be a Shimotsuki himself there is alot of hints towards this but the obvious one is Zoro being a resident of the Shimotsuki village. I am pretty sure we will know in this arc the same way we knew about Sanjis lineage in WCI.

hasnt been touched/confirmed within the story yet . at least not in this arc.

Zoro Received Enma, The sword that cut kaido, The sword that inherited Odens will to cut down kaido. This is not a coincidence that Zoro was given the sword. If plot needed luffy could have got it and zoro could have been given any other sword, Or maybe stayed with shusui, Giving Zoro Enma is important to highlight that this is Zoro's Arc, And that Zoro will be the star of the arc.

gaining massive feats doesnt make it his arc.
see sanji(lol) and robin's arc .
heck even killing kaido doesnt make it his arc.
it just makes him zoro , likely the second most important piece in this story in general.

so this point
''Zoro had many 1v1 fights in his own in wano. He fought 3 super novas.(fought hawkins killer and apoo), clashed with kyoshiro and others.''
along with fighting 2 yonko doesnt make it his arc. if we were to look at it this way , then technically almost every arc is luffy's arc. certainly not the case, zoro is prominent in wano because he is prominent in one piece in general.

If all these points need to be made just to say it is Zoro's arcβ€š then it isn't. Whole cake Island was Sanji's arcβ€š no two people can deny it. Enies Lobby was Robin's arcβ€š can't be denied. No points needed. If Zoro needs all these points to convince someone that it is his arcβ€š then it isn't ( at least yet )

It's Zoro's arc, but it's also too big an arc to be solely devoted to Zoro. Like Dressrosa was Law's arc, but it was also the Riku's arc. Zoro's one of the main figures, along with Luffy as always, and the Scabbards, particularly Momo and Kin. They're the sort of primary figures. And now in Act Three Yamato's shown up and has been a main character.
It's also quite unique in that while Zoro does have connections to Wano, and it will probably come up in the future, it's not really relevant to his motivations for the majority of it. Usually when we think of an arc as being about a person we expect their past to be a large part of it, and that's not really the case here.

With the way people are going, have there been any luffy's arc?
Every arc is Luffy’s arc.

From Saobody to the timeskip in particular stand out, and after Wano other than Usopp getting a storyline in Elbaf, and the Strawhat dreams being accomplished, the story will be heavily focusing on Luffy and his relationships with Shanks, Blackbeard, Dragon, the D’s in general, since that’s the main plot and we’re at the end.

(3) he does serious damage to Kaido and later solos King,
Is soloing King necessary? Zoro's build up is exclusively with Kaido, and so whatever combat achievements we evaluate should be vs Kaido.

(2) he rounds up the samurai and get recognized as a savior of Wano
I think being recognised as a saviour of Wano should be sufficient.

(4) his role as the first mate gets more highlighted by Luffy or others
What do you think of Zoro protecting Luffy at multiple times during the Rooftop battle?
