Smoothie being the primary pursuer for the Straw Hats when at sea would've been a lot better for me. While Linlin was throwing tsunami's and miniature suns at the crew, it really lacks any tension because the weaklings are all there + Jinbe and they survive everything bad that happens to them.

At least with Smoothie you can sort of make an argument that Brook might get the better of her in a single encounter or that his ice freezes her juice liquids. Same argument you can make with Jinbe, he's able to fight off Smoothie because they're both primary liquid fighters and Jinbe has a superior command over Smoothie.

While I don't like Smoothie at all, her design is atrocious, I think she had potential in both arcs to be something.

It's weird all around. Because we have a Supernova from the Rooftop who got shafted majorly in end arc fights...

Have Killer and Smoothie fight it out, there's some history to be explored in the relationship between the Kidd pirates and BMPs too.

Smoothie is never getting a fight you obsessive weirdos. Never seen such a dedicated cult to a nobody character even years after the fact

Crybaby ass man children. How about yall bitch about an entire team of ancient zoans being K.O’d for millions of chapters instead of not seeing Smoothie get beat up in the background.

Luffy isn’t fighting a fodder so therefore she is irrelevant same goes for Sanji, Zoro, and every other member of the crew isn’t getting their focus

I see her as a commander of Yonko, not a Waifu. Why would I care about her performance if all I saw her for was her looks? Seems like you're projecting.

Only logical argument could be Oda doesnt wanna have men hurting beautiful women. Of course Zoro has hurt Monet, but it was a little cut and she wasnt really "beautiful" when he did it. Also makes sense why Kaido barely did anything to Yamato.

Either way its all besides the point. Oda with what hes shown this arc couldve made Smoothie a force to be reckoned with in WCI.

His excuse was that he didnt know what to do with her....i'll give him some ideas:-

- Couldve made Smoothie use her gigantification powers to stop the Chateau from falling. Wouldve been an insane feat as well for her.

- Couldve made her face Sulong Carrot and neg her. Then Brook silently steals her away and runs away.


- Couldve made her land on the Sunny instead of Skinny Mom. Have a short fight with Jinbe and then have Jinbe some her push her off by using her water powers against her

- Couldve made Smoothie be in Caoco Island and couldve made her and Oven corner Sanji

- Couldve made her defeatt the Vinsmokes in Caoco instead of random fodders.

- Couldve made her oneshot Wadasumi with a water piercing attack and then fuck over the Fishmen

Like Oda couldve done a ton of shit with her wtf. Its bullshit that he couldnt write scenarios of her shining. How tf does he give her half a panel of a feat and expect us to be hyped for a Sweet Commander who has a higher bounty than Cracker.

The Strawhats didn't fight the Big Mom pirates, that's why Smoothie got that the treatment bro..... no need to overthink it. Had she been a villain set up to fight someone our perception of her would be completely different right now, Because Nobody outside of Luffy should have been able to beat her, Sanji & Jimbei included

Its not about fighting...its about doing things. Alot of the things Daifuku, Peros and Oven did couldve been replaced with Smoothie instead of them.

I think Smoothies too Strong to be active in WCI,Your forgetting Luffy is the strongest person on our side, and he was barely able to Defeat Cracker, and Kat pretty much let him win, If Smoothie and Kat are active there's no justification of the strawhats escaping.

Hot Take but I think if she gets fleshed out in combat she’s gonna look more impressive than Queen. Given she’s a swordsman.
