Speculations Wano's biggest mystery remains unsolved.

#1
Why was Wano called "the land of gold"? What was Onigashima's previous name? Why is this country so important to Kaido...?

Who cares! All of those mysteries are irrelevant compared to the biggest one in this arc: Bunbuku.

This thing is a teapot with a tanuki zoan; in other words, an object which ate a devil fruit, the latest technology recently developed by Vegapunk that only a Government agent, another genius scientist and the crew of a Shichibukai had access to so far —yet a person living in the forest of a closed and feudal country owns one.

How does Tenguyama have an object with a devil fruit? Is he more important than he seems (let's remember the theories about his true identity) and he received the visit of Vegapunk once in the past? Is this an inherited knowledge from the times of the Great Kingdom? Did he discover an alternative method to give fruits to things?

The tanuki, sometimes called the bakedanuki (化け狸) when referring to its supernatural abilities, contains the ability to shapeshift into just about anything. In old Japanese stories, the tanuki represented the haunting of people and was often associated with bad omens.

Bunbuku itself is a reference to an ancient tale about a tanuki-teapot titled Bunbuku chagama; but this doesn't really address the actuality of the latest technology by Vegapunk existing in the closed, feudal country of Wano.

We know from Enel cover story that in the past the sky people had advanced technology that allowed them space travel so just assume the people of Wano also has advanced technology after all the linked to the ancient kingdom and the sole creators of Sea stone world wide
