zoro calling luffy "shanks obsessed fool" then luffy getting angry saying dont call shanks a fool

Idk where oda is going with this but something big is gonna happen for zoro

I think Zoro's warrior-themed chapter will be titled either Warrior of Soul or Warrior of Death.

As for his potential story development, I hope Zoro interacts with the Craftsman Village. He could inquire about Black Blades. Maybe he'll also learn Elbaph's Hakoku attack, like he did with Kin'emon's Foxfire Style. His variant could be called Enkoku (閻国), meaning "Kingdom of Hell."

Oda had Gaban setup Zoro to have a big Conqueror upgrade. Elbalf is full of demons which heavily relates to Zoro.

I think Zoro will have a huge role where he'll step up similar to Thrillerbark & officially become The Warrior of Hell(King of Hell).

It could happen but the biggest reason as to why it might not is because Zoro doesn't have anything that'd flow as well as Warrior of Science or Warrior of Liberation (whatever it was). Although like Shastar said Warrior of Death could be nice, or maybe Warrior of Hell?

he has already "Embraced" exo, but no more than that and never will go further than that hence why he destroyed the RS, he has no choice but to accept Exoskeleton power up, but he is rejecting to become more of a scientific warrior

Him having emotions or power of love , is the reason why he is able to avoid it. Look at kuma.

He destroyed raid suit but what did he loose?
Speed? No
Raid suit toughness? No
Raid suit invisibility? No , he uses speed to disappear now.

He embraced it in a way he doesn't become a weapon do what's necessary.

His brother were all emotionless.

He wanted to be the WSS in the same way most kids want to be king of the world or something, a passing fancy he probably wouldve forgotten about. Without Kuina dying he probably would have washed out on his dream at some point imo. Not that it wouldve been a bad thing, he may have lived a happy life as the dual master of a small dojo with kuina. But sometimes strong ambition and will is a result of tragedy.
