Current Events Was Judge right about Sanji?

#1
So to summarize Judge's core ideology, he is a man who believes in the power of science above all else, and thinks that a true warrior should have no emotions whatsoever. This is literally spelt out at the end of WCI, where he calls Sanji a failure of a warrior for not having iron skin, and relying too much on his emotions. With Luffy even commenting that him being a normal human is a "good thing about him". This is why Germa are the way they are, and why he created them in the first place, to be emotionless superhuman warriors.

We know from SBS and the story itself, that Sanji uses these emotions to fight in the form of Diable Jambe, where his passion burns so hot he creates flames to attack with. And yet, during his fight with Queen, despite this one lasting for several chapters, he was literally unable to ever cause him any harm. The emotions he was so proud of and which Judge disaproved of didn't get him anywhere in the end.

And so at the very end of the chapter, Sanji has been completely demolished by Queen, with every bone in his body broken, and it's then when Judge's tech kicks in to save the day. The same technology Judge reprimanded Sanji for not having, and the reason why Judge thought Sanji wouldn't get anywhere as a fighter.

So, at the end of the day, the story does paint Judge as being correct, since Sanji ultimately needed his technology which Sanji disapproved of to actually survive in battle.

I don't really see it as Judge being completely right

This is an opponent Judges "successes" would lose to even though Judge considers them perfect soldiers because they lack emotion and have iron skin

I love how people always use this to defend judge but then ichiji/yonji/niji themself would never even survive queen for 10 seconds.

To me, what just happened would make little to no difference to Judge because he considers Sanji a failure for many reasons that have nothing to do with his skin not being armor

Luffy has never had a problem with Sanji being a modified human or using the power of science. Hell, if anything, he encouraged Sanji to use everything given to him by his family

I think Oda's trying to prove that Sanji needs to combine the 2 to protect himself as well as his crew. Judge's successful creations Ichiji, Niji, Yonji and Reiju would've failed (much faster than Sanji) and we've now seen that Sanji without the help of science would've failed as well

He's going to accept his Vinsmoke lineage and combine their science with his passion

I bet Judge would currently still consider Sanji vastly unworthy.

Since when Germa has ironskin? They are fucking weak. Couldn't handle 5min of Katakuri. Without Raid Suit they would have their ass beat by Sanji(WCI Sanji that had hard time beating hakiless Luffy that was not fighting back).

having emotion =/= as weak judge watching too many Terminator movie :gokulaugh:
but the correct one is emotion + raid suit(sience) = more powerful than judge theory so sanji is the living proof that judge is wrong

Again.. SANJI wasn't "demolished" coz he lacked strength agility etc.. we know even master of arnamnment would get crushed but the way oda spun this plot was in a very uncalled-for, unnecessary, and humorous manner.. not emphasizing on sanji's lack of strength or skill with DJ since he hasn't shown everything at all.. and hasn't gotten serious or hasn't felt the need to use his top notch attacks against Queen

that aside now
As for judge thing.. the whole WCI focused on sanji's emotions true.. but it also in a way emphasized him not needing the RS to accomplish what he does.. all of what Judge saod was regarding what a normal human being like even zoro is... no steel skin, no RS.. GETS swayed by emotions and bonds..
even zoro fits the category of what judge said and so do others..

Oda didn't introduce this plot of Germa PU just to prove that sanji's weak coz he isn't and the PU wasn't even relevant to sanji's needs.. you could literally notice that from the way he went about unlocking sanji's Exo skeleton in the manga.. he didn't show and incompetent pitiful pathetic sanji bloodied bruised needing durability buff.. he showed a Sanji who wasn't using his emotions to go about the fight and was denying to wear the RS coz he didn't want to credit or affiliate with germa in general..

this all means that this PU yes is convenient but its meant to bring out sanji's inner conflicting demons and have him accept the reality of the blood running through his veins.. and finally reconcile his emotion with his family and accept who he truly is....he can claim to be XYZ but doesn't change the fact that he's ABC as well.

Judge is still deluded what he said there was embarrassing and what's so ironic id that he got saved by that flawed solider... so no he has to cope.
