Kaku was weaker than Jabra, but he wasn't nerf against Zoro.

Kaku only had 20 doriki higher than Jabra, but Jabra had Carnivorous DF and greater DF mastery.

These scenes makes it very clear Kaku can't blitz Zoro with Soru or at all.

Doriki doesn't include weapons and Kaku was mastering his DF against Zoro. He was perfectly adapted his DF power of his 4 sword style. He ended the battle much stronger than he began.

Why Zoro most of the battles is nerfed against his opponents?

He started fighting with both Kaku and Jabura while Sogeking was chained to him.

He fought Hacchi then Arlong while being severly injuried by Mihawk.

He tanked Hakai before using his all against Kaido.

He somehow missed Dragon Blaze.
