When you're triggered and have no real answers, you resort to insults.

He's spot on with most flaws he mentioned, of course hardcore OP stans won't accept that. It totally messes with their idea of Oda being a genius that only writes perfect arcs.
Should my response have been longer? I didn't see taking the time if you didn't take the time to touch on it yourself. You already saw the video so it's not hard to recap the points you find agreeable, is it?

And that was not an insult, that was a quote from him. That was his own concession, that he has just his own biased opinion ("my favorite character is crying like a bitch," very keen insight). Only he takes it a step further by also admitting that he wouldn't provide the same courtesy the video presumes we'll be extending to him in hearing out an argument.

So I dunno about your own presumption, that someone is triggered. I wasn't about to write a whole big thing from work on that video and to tell my truth, I have no real passion in arguing for or against someone's immovable opinion. I also... would avoid absolutes, inflicting labels on others with strawman suggestions. Not "accepting" him means you're a "stan" whose head is "totally messed with" because you think Oda's writing is perfect? Um, okay lol. Your boy just comes off as a little salty based on his own expectations.

But to throw you something specific, because I did give him a bit of my time: the cuff resolution is a very subjective complaint. A resolution you don't like is not a lack of a resolution, like a plot hole. You expect an issue to be resolved by guile and it's not? Okay well, maybe we all did and maybe the author is more effective to some of us because he understands that. I pay good money to keep up with this series so by all means, keep showing me things outside of my own head.

Here is something to add to the discussion; WCI is not an arc that tries to change Sanji's character, but to preserve it.
That's an interesting thing to posit.
