I think it's pretty clear to say the Big Mom - Kaido alliance is a revival of Rox.

It's quite clear that Bakkin was connected to Rox as well, so if this is the arc about Rox, she will get involved too.

But what's interesting is that Weevil is around the same age as "young Whitebeard" which he was compared to in strength. Whitebeard was 36 years old at God Valley, while Weevil is 35.

In fact, Kizaru said the same thing. It was Whitebeard, Big Mom, Kaido "all in their younger years".

These constant references to a "young Whitebeard" will play themselves out by Weevil's arrival. If there is an arc about Rox:

(1) Bakkin was part of Rox, so she has to get involved

(2) Big Mom, Kaido need a "Whitebeard"

Since Marco came to Wano too easely and quickly I am really interested to see Weevil come as well. I would love the irony if he comes to find Luffy and so to get Marco's location only to directly find Marco here.
